It took me FOR EVER to find a way that would work to hard reset my HTC Touch Pro. It's been freezing a bit, as well as having a few other minor (but annoying) issues, so I've been looking.
Tonight, I finally found the one that worked! (My phone is updating and customizing itself as we speak!)
FIRST! Make sure that you back up your files by syncing your phone to the computer so you don't lose your numbers, or photos, or favorites, or calendar, etc.
Then, follow these simple, yet difficult, instructions.
Press the POWER button + Vol Down button + Enter Key and then soft reset your phone with your stylus.
After moment you will be prompted with what to do next. Follow the directions very closely.
