I am using a touch pro 2 by US Cellular and had the same problem.
I called the cell company tech support and they reset my username & password. Some how (likely I did not lock my phone) & it got changed.
The Tech Support phone call (MAYBE 10 whole minutes) was a sweet fix for me after spending 2 hours in a local cell store, with the sales people scratching their heads & ready to wipe my phone because they had no clue!
