About 6 months back I purchased the Touch Pro 1 from Sprint. During the first three weeks I had to replace two batteries. That problem appears to have gone away with the third change out. Since then my system at will loads up Album, Camera, Notes and most recently turns itself off without any warning while I am on a call. Visited the Store where I bought the unit and they sent me to phone tech support. Get this the guy says he has heard no service issues report on my devise. Really! He now has sent me back to the store. This has actually happened on two recent occasions. They refuse to replace the unit which I hear from others is in recall, selectively? I am at a loss as to the next step? Should I insist on an upgrade to Touch 2? Or should I just write this off and get new hardware?
