My phone occassionally freezes up in such that I have to remove the battery to resolve the immediate situation.  It doesn't seem to happen under any specific circumstances.  It's happened while I was checking emails, on the net, listening to music, trying to watch tv, or going through my contacts. 

Has anyone else had this issue and found a resolution?
