I have the Sprint version and all I have to do is hold the bluetooth button till it beeps and then say "call work".  It will then repeat back call work? and I say yes.. then it dials automatically. 

If you have more than one number assigned to a contact it will ask you which number to call, work..home..cell.etc. 

Works pretty sweet, but it does mess up a little if there is a lot of back ground noise.
